Mammoth Lakes features more than 450 acres of snow-covered mountain slopes. The longest run you'll find is nearly 3 miles long making the area a pristine place to practice those mad snowboarding skills you've been perfecting.  If you're the sort that's just starting out, there is also snowboarding school for easy-to-follow lessons led by AASI/PSIA certified instructors.
